I guess I don't have much to offer in the way of sharing... I must have been absent at school the day the teachers taught the sharing part, eh? heehee, no matter. <br /><br />So, to get back into the swing of things blogging (well, honestly, I was never IN the swing of things when it comes to blogging) but I digress. <br /><br />Anyway, I have been going through a spiritual evolution of sorts the last few years, having a shift in my belief systems and it sure is difficult letting go of things that you have been taught from the time you were a child onward. Shifting one's paradigm sure can be harder than I thought especially when you discover something that resonates with you so deeply, but yet, you find your mind trying to shift back to the old way of thinking. I imagine there are various reasons for this but I think, for myself, it's the "leaving" of the comfort zone established by the old way of thinking. I also think there is some guilt issues there in a sense because I am leaving behind what was "given" to me, and it makes me appear as though I am not appreciative of what was shown to me by my parents. Sometimes in life we discover that mother really doesn't know best and that life is not a one size fits all kind of deal.
